Wemod Data Sync

Added back in symlink of the wemod folder in roming. Now the wemod data is synced between all wemod prefixes.

I know you gave me permission to merge but i still like to get your opinion.

Here is the issue related just for easier tracking issues 39

By the way, i have added my recend changes to the changlog, there I have used the format day.month.year, that is what I know it here in Germany, I wasn't sure what you are using.

If you want to I can make these changes like this and others by myself, but I want to make sure that you want that.
