WeMod data sync

As i saw in the changelog, you used to syslink the wemod folder in roming. Right now thanks to the pefix copy you wont need to log in, but i might still be a good idea for data sync. So is it still waned that we have a main wemod data folder and then syslink that to whatever perfix is using wemod right now? if so i can implement that once more or not, depending on you answer.

The idea around having a shared/global wemod data directory was to address the concerns around having to login to WeMod for each game separately (as you have mentioned).

If we leave that out, that would definitely be a regression on the user experience.
