Led power

hello, I have a question about the led: even with the power halved, we have theoretically 30mA per led (sk6812 mini has a power or 60mA or 20 per color) for almost 60 led, so about 1800mA. But usb 2.0 can only deliver 500mA. How is it possible? Thank you
