Script assumes tools are mounted on Y max

I have my tools mouted on the left, I call that X max. When running the script it crashes the tools back in the carriage and tries to take the carriage with it.

I suggest a optional parameter to set if tools mounted on X axis instead of Y. Then in script order so moving Y before X in that case.
