Add bot users that will react to certain commands

working on one in python, if you are interested come to your chat some time while I am there and I will give you what I have so far. I want to post it on here but do not want it to be misused. it is being built to be an administrative assistant, but once you have a bot that can log in and post... it can be used in undesirable ways.
