Issue with macOS High Mojave V10.14.1

I cant seem to sign my deb file anymore. It was working before OS upgrade. I found out that the issue is related to the Version of Xcode version 10.1 I tried on another machine with Xcode version prior to xcode 10.1. Mojave installed as well. And that worked.

I also encountered this problem. In keychain.app, I found that there are two identical iPhone certificates, and deleting the duplicate one works fine.
