Is it possible to change code for compatibility with Raspberry 3. I was trying to launch. And faced with freq. problem.

Reall freq. difference from terminal freq.

For example terminal freq. 20 mhz. and reall freq. 40 mhz. Also my wspr program coudn't decode transmission.
