Docker Support

Since quite a few people were sad about the Takedown of the original site, I have taken it on myself to try and recreate a simple self-hosted solution for anyone that is interested.

This solves issue https://github.com/Dan12/Launchpad/issues/31

I have also added basic installation instructions to run the site with docker, inside the README file.
