Sudo systemctl doesn't work

I followed the instructions and running systemctl lists units, but sudo systemctl returns "Failed to connect to bus: No data available"

If the script can’t run in the root and I don’t necessary to install it (Sorry my English is funny ,I am a Chinese middle student haha:)

You can alternatively try genie, another alternative to installing systemd from within WSL which supports systemctl.

At the moment I'm using Distrod https://github.com/nullpo-head/wsl-distrod really cool, waiting on a reply whether I can get systemctl --user working though
