fix: update plugin to work on Obsidian 1.8

Hi,

This plugin no longer working in the current version of Obsidian. So I updated the project based on the latest obsidian plugin template. It includes build tools and related files. I also fixed some linting errors in main.ts too. Please take a look.

I have tested on my machine, pls kindly check if it works on yours too.
