Use Catalyst to get this app in MacOSX

It would be great to get Toot! in MacOSX with synced positions (last toot read) on both.

Last I checked, Catalyst was in too sorry a state to let me make a version I felt good enough to offer to users. Currently waiting to let it mature a bit before trying again.

Well it allows cross platform purchase now, so mac users don't have to pay twice for a catalyst app
