certain images saved from web don't show up in image library browser
Sometimes I'll save an image from a web site in Safari, confirm that it appears in the Photos app, but it doesn't show up in Toot's photo browser. My workaround is to take a screenshot of the image and then post that in Toot instead. With these images, if I try to copy and paste the image, I get the textual URL instead.

An example of an image which I saved to Photos app from Safari, and WAS able to open in Toot: https://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/commons/9/91/Captain_kirk_publicity_photo.jpg However, I still couldn't copy from Safari and paste into Toot; I just got the URL again. Maybe that never works.
Pasting images only works in the next version what is not out yet.
Are they getting sorted somewhere far at the back of the library due to timestamps?
Just tested - image saved from my blog to Safari appears in Photos app camera roll as the most recent image. It does not appear in Toot at or near the end of the photo list, nor at or near the beginning, nor at the actual date on which it was taken and uploaded to Wordpress. I couldn’t scan the entire list of photos to see if it showed up somewhere else in time, though, because I have about 80 million photos on this phone and really need to clean it up someday.

I’m having this issue as well, only the pics I’m wanting to post aren’t showing up in the moments part of my photos app either. It seems that a fix would be to have Toot! point to the camera roll or allow the user to select from an album like Amaroq or other iOS apps.
I know this is super old, but if the photo has a date taken in the metadata, the photo selector will show it where that date falls, rather than your most recent photo.
