Option to filter views to only show toots with media

Sometimes when browsing certain instances or artist users, I’d like to only see toots with media in them (as I can’t read Japanese 🙀) perhaps such a view could also increase the size of the image preview windows and shrink the text areas to make it more of an Instagram style view?

For users, you can request media only, but for other timelines, I don't think you can, so that is a little bit more tricky...

I would love to have this option, at least in the user page. A gallery grid like Mast would also be perfect.
