Shorter pull to refresh

The iOS pull to refresh is far too long. A custom one needs to be implemented, preferably with a nice animation.

Current idea for visuals is a ripping-paper/zip-like animation, to match the "Load more toots" gap views.

A bit of a superfluous but nevertheless nice addition would be a (toggleable) satisfying refresh sound like the one in Tweetbot.

I'm having issues with this as well, pull to refresh is very uncomfortable on bigger screen that are used in recent iPhone models.

Maybe it'd also be able to press the "home" icon again to immediately refresh if one is already at the top of the timeline.
