Timestamps don’t update unless the timeline is reloaded

Currently, when you leave the app for a few minutes and then come back, the post timestamps don’t update. Since these are relative timestamps, I think they should update every minute and also every time the timeline comes back into view after you’ve been in a different screen or app. (As a workaround, you can refresh the times by reloading the timeline.)

The time stamps do update, but it takes quite a while (it seems to calculate them one by one?)
