Having a really hard time with this downloader

I did read the "how to i pass cookies" page, but it mentions a cookies.txt file, however im using the mullvad browser and it has a cookies.sqlite file but not .txt Further more i strongly believe this downloader should swap connections going to youtube.com and music.youtube.com over to a selected invidious instance because this would eliminate the issue of dealing with stup!d "login to verify your age" BS from f*cking google/youtube cunts.
