[Enhancement] Add Config to Disable the Ancestral Infuser, Add Crafting Recipes for stuff

The whole mechanic is a little odd (I hope I can say that, wasn't your idea 😛) and just sorta contrived, and I'd prefer allowing the Tatara to be crafted in the normal Table to tweak the recipe. This wouldn't be a big deal as much of this can just be done IN CraftTweaker itself, cause I can disable the Infuser there, but it's something to think about.

in 0.31 you should be able to do mods.betterwithaddons.Infuser.removeAll() but since i just refactored infusion recipes i can reevaluate a config option for making it produce crafting table recipes instead
