[documentation] possibly confusing point for debian users building from source

I think PKG_CONFIG_PATH=/usr/lib/i386-linux-gnu/pkgconfig should be added as a side note for debian in the section for 32bit.

It might help if people get confused thinking that PKG_CONFIG_PATH is meant to point to a binary file.
