Use Reshade presets native

Hey people (sorry for bad english)

Can you give a try to the tool that i wrote some months ago? Is Reshade2Basalt, a python converter that edit directly in reshade FX files a .ini reshade preset configurations.

Is very simple, and the code is not good enough (i really need to improve my python skills), but maybe if i feel that someone want to use this, i can give it a second try, and improvements! Please, give it a try!
