Booting VC channels from Priiloader

Describe the bug booting VC channels from another region than system menu tends to fail

Version 9.0.1

Additional context Tested by AndyRogi on discord. needs verification and testing. maybe the video mode needs to be set before launching the titles?

removing version block label. this seems to be because of the video flag @ 800000CC being set by the VC itself. however, it is currently unknown what makes it write 1 or 0 to the address. Channel JADE writes 0 when booted directly in dolphin, while from SM/Priiloader it writes 1. residual video mode stuff? -> shutting down VI before booting title does make it boot..
