TOC overlaps

I installed Cavendish master on mediawiki 1.27.4 and php 7.0 for a new update installation of Mediawiki 1.19.24.

But the TOC floats to the left-middle and overlaps the text - the old version does not do that. I do not want to play around with draggable jquery solutions like http://tregner.com/flare-blog/fun-with-online-tocs-1-draggable-html5-toc-panes-with-jquery-ui/ because of the size of jquery. Can You give me a patch ?
