Big refactor

I moved a lot of stuff into the existing symmetriccipher module and the newly-created hash module. This should make it easier for users to find what they want.

This is a breaking change.

I know pub use is controversial but wouldn't that be the way to do that second commit? Am I missing something? Appears all the modules are already public.

I'm ambivalent about this for a several reasons, mostly not worth going into, but including the desire not to go into a rabbit hole of classifying algorithms. We should focus on the other pull requests first imho.
