[BUG] Glass Crest Workstaff Fortune Level Reset

Describe the bug The fortune Level of the glass crest workstaff reset when switch silktouch > resonnance or resonnace > silktouch and return to level one latest.log don't say anything revelant about it

To Reproduce switch silktouch > resonnance or resonnace > silktouch then return to fortune

Expected behavior Glass crest should keep it's Fortune IV enchantement

Minecraft version 1.21.1 with fabric loader 0.18.3

Mod version Cloth Config v15 [15.0.140] Fabric API [0.116.7+1.21.1] Modonomicon [1.117.2] Revelationary [1.3.9+1.21.1] Spectrum [1.10.2] Trinkets [3.10.0]
