[BUG] Unable to Jump with Grace Ring

Describe the bug When player is in water with ring of aerial grace, player couldn't jump

To Reproduce Soak yourself in a water of one block depth. Equipt the ring. The player couldn't jump.

Expected behavior Player could somehow leave the water without extra help.

Minecraft version 1.20.1

Mod version 1.8.4
