[Feature] Silk Touch (or resonance?) can pick up jadeite lotuses and stems

I want to use jadeite lotuses (loti?) for decoration at my base. However, the fact that I can't control how long each one is, and have to keep regrowing one until i get the right height, is very annoying. It would be nice if I could just, build my own.
