"wait" appears frequently when switching tabs

Similar to #6, if you install the addon with a bunch of tabs open then switching between them results in the badge showing 'wait' for ~0.5 second before the number appears. This 'flickering' behavior is very annoying.

Recent Firefox versions have fixed this, you can use windowId now instead of tabId: https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1419893

Instead of wait, keep showing the previous number. This prevents taking unneeded attention switching (eye: oh look something significant changed there, LOOK AT IT; or eye: one number far away from the focus changed, no need to place your attention on it).
