notifyDataSetChanged does not work

when i do: mSimpleSectionedGridAdapter.notifyDataSetChanged(); it doesn't work, till i touch the view.so could you help me to find out why it performs that?

i found : setSections(Section... sections) -->Only the original thread that created a view hierarchy can touch its views.so use Handler to update the view .
