Support change between multiple instances of this app

Hey! I use 2 separate mac for work, constantly changing between them. Both have this cool controller app installed. My issue is that the table is not able to disconnect from one and connect to the other mac. Even if I quit from this app and turn off the bluetooth on the connected mac, the other mac with the other instance of this app is not able to find and connect to the table.

@mrakko I have done this dance before with 2 computers each running an instance of the app. Both were on macOS Monterey.

In my experience, I always have to press and hold the button under the front center of the physical stand/sit toggle to make it open to switch bluetooth pairing to the active computer, then relaunch the desk controller app on the computer I want to take over.

That friction is not ideal, I agree, but it in absence of a better solution, it seemed to work for me.
