Images from a specific path don't fetch

[Describe the bug Images available and free to access in browser do not fetch. Images from same server but in another folder sync correctly.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior: (include a screen recording if possible) and link to Figma file and Google Sheet file

Expected behavior Images should fetch and display in Figma.

You are trying to add image fill on a image layer. You need a rectangle. Create a rectangle and then try. Check the figma file, I edited it, created a duplicate thumbnail component and resynced.
