1.3版本数据同步报错

Description

集群配的是flink on yarn，也配了flink_lib和chunjunplugin，用的都是chunjun1.12的json示例，都报如下错，感觉还是哪里插件没找到 几种同步任务都如上图，kafka的任务直接是这样的无法执行：
