Change default download location

Currently downloads always go to {download directory}/put.io/. Add a preference in Settings to change this, preferably with a folder selector UI.

Planning on including a setting to skip the uniquely numbered folder for each file as well? It makes it quite difficult to find specific files.

Yep, that's planned as an option.

+1 Is it possible to let a download manager handle the download? I want to use ES Downloader until this feature is rolled out.

Does ES Downloader have any documentation? Or even a web site? I'm using Android's DownloadManager API currently, and I'd rather not muddy things up more than I have to.
