Description
When the ESLint runs in an IDE service, registries used to remain fixed and rules could not respond to changes (e.g. if a new component is made themeable) until the IDE is restarted.
This PR introduces a file watcher to register/unregister components on the fly.
Every time you edit an existing Themed*Component or create/delete one, the registry will be updated, which will have an immediate effect on ESLint warnings.
