Missing edit bitstream's metadata feature

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

We currently are able to extend the bitstream form and add some metadata to it when we are submitting a new item and file. But, currently, we don't have any solution to display and change that metadata (like we have for items).

Describe the solution you'd like

My suggestion is to extend the existing bitstream form to include what might be configured in the submission forms ( <form name="bitstream-metadata">).
