Related publications should be listed/displayed on the Journal item entity

Describe the bug A searchable list of publications is supposed to be listed under the search box/filters on the Journal page. This issue was asked from the DSpace-Tech mailing list: https://groups.google.com/g/dspace-tech/c/JAJER2c61rE/m/yE_Vev8PBQAJ

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Enable configurable entities
2. Create a collection for Journal, Journal Volume, Journal Issue, and Journal Publication
3. Submit items for each collection
4. Link the Publication item to the Journal Issue item

Expected behavior A searchable list of publications is supposed to be listed under the search box/filters on the Journal page.

However, this is not the case on the demo site: https://demo.dspace.org/entities/journal/a23eae5a-7857-4ef9-8e52-989436ad2955
