Missing translations to Spanish
The section "Discover" on the Dspace home page is missing Spanish translations for it's title and advanced search. Suggested translations:
- Discover = "Filtrar" (Since more than discovering something you're filtering items)
- Advanced Search = "Búsqueda Avanzada"
When logged as an administrator, on the admin side menu, the section "Notifications" misses it's translations as well. Suggested translations:
- Notifications = "Notificaciones"
- Quality Assurance = "Control de Calidad" or "Verificación de Calidad"
- Publication Claim = "Reclamos de Publicaciones"
Both the "New" and "Edit" sections for items, communities and collections miss the translation for the words community and collection. Here are some examples:
Both the "Collection Filter Report" page (https://sandbox.dspace.org/admin/reports/collections) and the "Metadata Query Report" (https://sandbox.dspace.org/admin/reports/queries) have no Spanish translation.
Steps to reproduce the bug:
- Log in as an administrator on https://sandbox.dspace.org
- Select Spanish as your Language
@AgustinAlfieri: Regarding the missing translations in the edit community/collection/item popup, currently these can't be translated, but I created a fix for this in #2930. For the other keys there is a guide for how to contribute them here, but since I already have an open PR so I can contribute those there if you want. And regarding your first suggestion I think that it should remain Discover
in English since you can't actually filter anything with those facets, instead those facets will automatically redirect you to the /search
page
Good afternoon @tdonohue! I'm part of the company Neki-it, and we'd like to contribute to this activity with the following PR: https://github.com/DSpace/dspace-angular/pull/3192
We look forward to your feedback!
