Collection logo SVG not showing up

Describe the bug If you upload a SVG file as collection logo, it will not show up. Instead a jpeg/png logo will do. I'm using 7.5 version

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Edit collection
  2. Upload a svg file as logo
  3. It won't show up

Expected behavior SVG file has to shown in Collection logo place

Verified this bug locally. For some reason an SVG is not allowed as a logo, but a gif/jpeg/png works fine.

Pulling this over to our 7.6.x maintenance board in search of a volunteer.
