Feature Request: Add SoapySDR support to SDRTrunk

I use Raspberry-Pi "Soapy servers" to connect to my outside SDR-dongles/antennas. Please add support for SoapySDR to SDRTrunk.

More support overall would be amazing for various radios. I wonder if there's something that can be done in general to make adding new ones (LimeSDR, etc) easier with a more standard abstraction?
