Another user unable to see items in COMPASS

Hi

I have set COMPASS up with some digital items (RPG pdfs) on a second pc with the idea to share the database with another user.

I have managed to get the second user who is set up as an administrator to access the pc via Remote Desktop but when they open the COMPASS database they cannot see the items I have added. I checked with the user and they have permissions and access to the folder where the pdfs are stored.

Is there a way to enable COMPASS to be accessed by another user on the same pc?

By default the data is stored in the users appdata folder. So e.g. C:\Users\pauld\AppData\Roaming\COMPASS. Because it's a subfolder of C:\Users\<username>, I wouldn't be too surprised if windows is limiting access to that folder when a different user is logged in. I you want multiple users to be able to access the same data, I would try moving the data out of the Users folder. You can move your data here in the compass settings.
