pets get in the way of arrows while riding

id like bows to work fine while riding pets please seems like the mobs get in the way sometimes, and the arrow doesnt get fired from the correct height i dont want people to lose there valuable arrows on my server, and i dont wanna have to tell people about this annoyance, id rather find a way to fix it plleeaasse:) crackshot weapons work great while riding mobs but bows, no

This was initially resolved as something that I can't fix in #10. I am, however, going to leave this issue open and include it in the 3.x milestone as I am hoping that (for certain reasons I'm not specifying) through the Sponge API this may become easier to control (very optimistic, I know).
