Pet Names Only Appear When Pet In Cross Hairs (v.2.2.4-PATCH-1)

Hey guys,

Very thankful that you manged to get a 1.8 build out so quickly, and this issue is most certainly not fatal. Title says it all, pre 1.8 pets names were always displayed however within the patch names are only displayed if the pet is directly in your cross hairs.

Normal (vanilla) entities don't seem to obey the name visibility flag either. As such I can't seem to get it to work on pets either with Spigot 1.8 :\

Ah, no worries. Thanks for spending the time to take a look at it for me. As I said, it's not a big issue (in my case anyway), still a great plugin.
