Login Page Malfunctions

Describe the bug New user is not able to log in using Google/GitHub, captcha does not show up in the register page

Expected behavior Smooth login, successfully register

Faris's update: found what the problem could be. We need to make sure we are extracting the email from when the user signs in with github, google, etc and that data is stored differently in the returned user JSON from Firebase

Not yet, unfortunately. I've reassigned Sam on Discord to this task since the #761 issue is less important to solve
