Filter diagrams by element types in diagram viewer

In Capella, diagrams can be filtered for specific elements. For example, all "ports" can be disabled are not displayed anymore. A similar feature for the Capella Collaboration Manager frontend could also provide this feature.

Implementation in the backend and tuning via query parameters should be considered.
