Improve some of the existing Storybook Stories

While scanning all stories during the setup of reg-actions, I found some snapshots that need to be improved:

• Helpers_Skeleton Loaders_Mat Card Overview_General_mobile.png: Captured screenshot is empty (only white space). It show the skeleton loader.
• Helpers_Display Value_Blurred_mobile.png: Clip the area to a smaller are without the full whitespace, only use on viewport.
• Session Components_Create Readonly Session Dialog_Model Selected And Start Session Possible_mobile.png: The dialog overflows.
• Session Components_Create Readonly Session Dialog_Max Number Of Models Exceeded_mobile.png: The icon is cut off on the right side.
• Session Components_Active Sessions_Loading Story_mobile.png: Overflow on the right side.
• Model Components_Model Sources_Overview_With Repository As Admin_mobile.png: Icons in the card is cut off.
• Model Components_Model Overview_Loading_mobile.png: Overflow on the right side.
• Project Components_Project Details_Loading As Project Lead_mobile.png: Overflow on the right side.
• General Components_Footer_General_mobile.png: The footer should be display on the bottom of the page.
