BUG--Dark mode

when a user enables dark mode on the website and refreshes the website it immediately gets disabled does not look engaging to the user and makes the UX experience worse. I want to work on this bug so that when a user enables the dark mode it remains the same even after refreshing the website. Please assign this to me under GSSOC23.
