Website don't remember theme between page switches

Describe the bug The theme of the website is not consistent between page switching.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behaviour:

  1. Enable a dark theme on the home page.
  2. Move to the resource page
  3. Theme of the resources page is still light.

Expected behaviour The website should remember the theme used by the user. Even on opening the website next time, it should have the preferred theme.
