Icons are neither increasing in size nor changing color on hovering in the footer.

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. The footer of the home page has the links to various social medias,(example LinkedIn, twitter etc.,).But on hovering over them only cursor pattern is changed.They are neither increasing in size nor changing their color on hovering. For a user it is generally easier and soothing for eyes if the icons are increasing in size on hovering above them or changing their color on hovering.

Describe the solution you'd like I can increase the size of icons and change their color on hovering above them. Can you assign this task to me?
