Icon of dark mode not changing when dark mode is on in the resources window

The half-moon icon at the top right corner of the resources window is not changing as in the home window.

I can fix this issue. Please assign me this issue under GSSOC 2023.

please assign me this issue under GSSOC as i have previously worked on same issue on some other OSP.
