I want to add the dropdown effect to the side menu

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Yes, the current resources section side menu has a button effect, but it could be improved by giving it a dropdown effect. This would make it more clear to visitors that the menu has options under it, and they would be more likely to click on it.

Describe the solution you'd like I would like to convert the current UI of the resources section by giving it a dropdown effect. This would involve adding arrows and a sliding effect to the menu items.

Additional context

The current resources section side menu is not very clear to visitors. It is not immediately obvious that the menu items have options under them, so visitors may not click on them. Adding a dropdown effect would make the menu more clear and would encourage visitors to explore the resources available.
