Improve UI/UX of category side bar

Describe the bug when we click on any button it unfolds all the items listed in the category but doesn't fold it again after getting clicked

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to resources tab
2. Click on any category
3. See error

Expected behavior It should unfold the category after getting clicked

Additional context I want to change the overall appearance of the side bar to make it look more appealing and user friendly which will increase overall user experince
