Make the top left "quick learn" text a button

I would like to make the website more user friendly by making the quick learn symbol a button which takes the user to the home page. Please assign this issue to me as a part of GSSOC'23.

I am a GSSoC'23 contributor. I can make the top left "quick learn" text a button. I have all the skills required. Please assign me this issue. I want to work on this issue under GSSoC'23.
